Mary Poppins
The New Amsterdam Theatre is the most beautiful theatre I've ever been in, and I've been in lots of them the world over. Cameron Mackintosh + Disney Magic + a stellar cast = a production that is practically perfect in every way. After seeing Randy Feltface on Broadway with my husband and sons last spring, I knew my mom and sister needed to see it. Sit in the mezzanine, on the right side of the theatre, especially in the first few rows; I won't tell you why...just trust me. If you have children younger than 11 or 12, don't sit in the 1st row of the mezzanine; it's hard for them to see over the railing. We went on 2/17. This show is perfect for all ages.
